Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked directly online. Choose your desired service, select an available date and time, and submit the required deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Yes. A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service and is non-refundable. It may be transferable when rescheduling in accordance with the cancellation policy.

  • Booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for balayage, extensions, color corrections, and longer appointments. For special events, booking as early as possible is encouraged.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment in accordance with the rescheduling policy.

Services & Pricing

  • Consultations are recommended for new clients planning major transformations and are required for color corrections and hair extensions. This gives Stephanie the opportunity to evaluate your hair, discuss your goals, and provide personalized recommendations and pricing.

  • All prices shown are starting prices. Your final cost may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, product usage, and your desired results.

  • Toner/gloss and blowdry are not included with most color services unless otherwise stated. If you would like them added to your appointment, please book them separately.

  • Not always. Your starting color, previous chemical treatments, hair history, and current condition all affect what can safely be achieved. Some transformations may require multiple sessions to reach your goal while protecting the health of your hair. Website Intake Form - Google Fo…

Your Experience

  • Appointment length depends on the service. A blowdry may take around 45–75 minutes, while balayage, extensions, and color corrections can take several hours. Estimated service times are provided when booking.

  • Yes. Stephanie works with weft, tape-in, and microlink extensions. A consultation is required to determine the best method, length, color, and amount of hair for your desired result.

  • Yes. The Hair + Makeup Glam experience combines a signature blowdry with customized professional makeup and is perfect for birthdays, photoshoots, date nights, and special occasions.

  • Please arrive on time and bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind. For color appointments, be prepared to discuss your previous color and chemical history. For makeup appointments, arrive with a clean face unless instructed otherwise.
